The General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) will suspend directly receiving and returning applications at one-stop-shop unit from July 29 until further notification to comply with Directive 17 of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, the GDVC announced on Thursday.

Organizations, individuals and businesses submit application
at one-stop-shop unit at the GDVC’s headquarters.
Earlier, Hanoi Government issued Official Letter 2398 dated July 27, 2021 on the implementation of measures to receive and return results of administrative procedures at the one-stop-shop unit at all levels. Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee requested to suspend directly receiving and returning applications during the implementation of Directive 17.
Organizations, individuals and businesses submit application at one-stop-shop unit at the GDVC’s headquarters.
The GDVC requests organizations, enterprises and individuals to send dossiers via the postal service.
It will return all results of administrative procedures that were received before July 28 and during the social distancing period to organizations, businesses and individuals via the postal service system.
