The Cap Padaran Mui Dinh is a world-class resort project built on an area of nearly 800 hectares. The project is divided into many subdivisions including hotels, resorts, beach villas, hotel apartment complexes, and entertainment and sports complexes.
The total investment of the whole project is more than 1$ billion. In the first phase of implementation, Bai Trang Resort will be built on an area of 64 hectares, including an international 5-star standard hotel and resort villas with synchronous infrastructure and utilities.
The project, located on a topographically unique land in Vietnam, is surrounded by mountains, dunes, natural lakes, and sub-deserts.
The unspoiled natural beauty of Mui Dinh is still in its pristine state, with plenty of uncovered potentials. With this new project, F.I.T Group hopes to not only introduce the beauty of Ninh Thuan province to the world, but also to realise the company’s mission of improving people’s quality of life through unique and nature-oriented resort real estate products.
The cooperation between Cap Padanran Mui Dinh and Banyan Tree marks an important step in the project's long-term strategy. Accordingly, Banyan Tree will provide F.I.T Group with strategic direction, technical consulting, and project operation management through a modern management model and an international quality control process.
At the signing ceremony, Nguyen Van Sang, chairman of F.I.T Group said, “We firmly believe that, under this great cooperation, the Cap Padaran Mui Dinh will officially make its mark on the international tourism map by becoming an ideal destination for international and Vietnamese tourists. We are excited for new cooperation opportunities between the two groups in the next phases of the overall project.”
Banyan Tree Group is a reputable multi-branded hospitality group with a track record of developing and managing over 60 properties in 17 countries. Immediately after the signing ceremony, the two companies will proactively review the master plan and design of the whole project to ensure their strategies align in the near future.
Ho Kwon Ping, chairman of Banyan Tree, shared at the signing ceremony, "We are very pleased to have the opportunity to cooperate with F.I.T Group, a strategic partner with the same mission of development and respect for the core values that we have been pursuing. With many years of experience in tourism development, Banyan Tree will contribute not only ideas but also actions to the project to achieve the goal of sustainable tourism development. I also hope the two sides will cooperate more in the future.”
