Panorama of Dong Que Son Industrial Park
Strategic vision from the developer
Dong Que Son Industrial Park is located in Xuan Phu Commune, Da Nang City, with a total Phase 1 area of 211.26 ha. The project is invested in and developed by An Thinh Quang Nam Joint Stock Company, a member of PPC An Thinh Vietnam Group.
Dong Que Son Industrial Park is developed based on the experience and capabilities of An Thinh Vietnam, a company with an established presence in industrial infrastructure development. The group has built its reputation through the investment and operation of several major industrial projects in northern Vietnam, including Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Luong Son Industrial Park, and Yen Quang Industrial Park in Phu Tho Province.
In Da Nang, Dong Que Son Industrial Park is being developed in a modern, integrated, and environmentally friendly direction. In addition to meeting manufacturing space demand, the project is also oriented toward developing an industrial ecosystem linked with logistics and business support services. This further strengthens the group’s reputation and capabilities while contributing to investment attraction and improving local competitiveness.
Strategic connectivity and integrated infrastructure
One of the key advantages of Dong Que Son Industrial Park is its convenient transportation connectivity, with access to major transport routes such as National Highway 1A and the Da Nang-Quang Ngai Expressway. The project is directly connected to Da Nang International Airport, seaports, and key economic centers across Central Vietnam, helping reduce logistics and cargo transportation costs.
Alongside its location advantages, Dong Que Son Industrial Park has been fully invested in with technical infrastructure to meet manufacturing and business needs while creating favorable conditions for investors. Specifically:
Internal transportation system: The integrated transportation network includes a 29 meter-wide main road and 22.5 meter-wide internal roads, ensuring convenient access for container trucks and heavy-duty cargo vehicles.
Power and telecommunications infrastructure: The 22kV power system is directly connected to the national grid, meeting the continuous production needs of enterprises. Telecommunications and high-speed underground fiber optic Internet systems have been synchronously installed up to factory boundaries.
Water supply and fire protection: The internal clean water plant has a capacity of approximately 2,900 cubic meters per day and night, meeting the operational needs of enterprises. The fire protection system is designed in line with technical standards, ensuring safety throughout production activities.
Environmental infrastructure: The centralized wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 2,500 cubic meters per day and night, ensuring wastewater is treated to meet environmental standards before discharge. Domestic and industrial waste collection and treatment systems are also implemented in a professional and integrated manner.
In the coming period, the developer will continue investing in and completing infrastructure at Dong Que Son Industrial Park while improving service quality and attracting high technology and supporting industry projects aligned with green and sustainable development orientations.
Creating new development space for western Da Nang
At present, Dong Que Son Industrial Park has an occupancy rate of approximately 40%, attracting enterprises operating in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics, and processing industries. The increasing number of businesses in operation has contributed to job creation, industrial development, and higher local revenue.
Notably, as industrial land supply in Central Vietnam becomes increasingly limited, Dong Que Son Industrial Park still has significant room for development, with plans to expand to more than 454 ha. This is considered an important advantage in attracting large-scale enterprises, particularly high technology manufacturing and supporting industry projects. As a result, the project is expected to expand Da Nang’s industrial space while supporting economic restructuring, creating jobs, and improving local living standards. The project is anticipated to become a new driver for industrial development, logistics, and regional connectivity in western Da Nang in the coming years.
Partnering with investors for shared prosperity
Commenting on Da Nang’s current investment environment, Nguyen Xuan Truong, Deputy General Director of An Thinh Quang Nam Joint Stock Company, said that the city’s expansion of development space and stronger regional connectivity are creating significant opportunities to attract high-quality investment flows, particularly in high-tech industries.
The company also expressed confidence in the city’s strong commitment to unlocking resources, strengthening competitiveness through administrative reform, and continuing to improve transportation infrastructure connectivity. These efforts are expected to help build an increasingly transparent and favorable investment ecosystem for the business community.
Sharing the company’s direction for the coming period, Truong said that the company is not only focused on industrial infrastructure development but also committed to supporting secondary investors throughout their investment and production operations.
“We are committed to supporting investors from legal procedures and construction to technical infrastructure connectivity and throughout their manufacturing and business operations. The stable and efficient development of enterprises is considered the foundation for building the value and reputation of Dong Que Son Industrial Park as well as An Thinh Quang Nam Joint Stock Company,” Nguyen Xuan Truong said.
