That is a guidance of the leader of Dong Nai Customs Department to the subordinate units and local units to implement the directive of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on social distancing throughout the province according to Directive 16 of the Government.

During the social distancing period, customs officers will be assigned to work on the rotating basis or work from home to ensure two requirements of not gathering 100% of civil servants and employees at the unit and ensuring all tasks, import and export activities in the province.

Dong Nai Customs Department has temporarily suspended post-customs clearance and specialised inspection at enterprise headquarters; suspended the internal inspection plan for 2021 of Dong Nai Customs Department at its branches. In case of meeting or online meeting, the number of attendees must be in accordance with regulations on pandemic prevention.

The units have also strictly taken anti-pandemic measures for business representatives who carry out customs procedures at their units. It is forbidden for outsiders to enter the internal area of ​​the units. In cases where it is necessary to work with customs agency, a medical declaration and a valid certificate of Covid-19 negative test result must be submitted.
