As of November 15, Bac Ninh Customs Department had processed procedures for 1,006,647 customs declaration, or up 101.2% year-on-year.

The department expects that until the end of December 31, the total number of registered declarations will be 1,157,530.

According to Bac Ninh Customs Department, in 2020, customs procedures have been processed quickly, smoothly and in accordance with regulations.

The department performs dissemination well and requests all customs officials and businesses comply with the management policies of ministries and sectors on import and export goods while ensuring good management and customs clearance, and preventing violations of commodity policies.

It also promptly receives and resolves businesses’’ problems related to customs procedures, operational processes and regularly organises training and dissemination of customs procedures for customs officials and businesses.

In addition, continuing to operate and use the VNACCS/VCIS effectively and in accordance with regulations, contributing to facilitating import and export activities and shortening goods clearance time.

Along with that, implementing the ASEAN Single Window and the National Single Window according to the plans and directions of the Ministry of Finance and the General Department of Vietnam Customs.

Specifically, deploying electronic documents; support services for businesses and State agencies; e-payment service; e-document storage service to support businesses; statistical data report and sharing services and on administrative procedures on the National Single-Window portal.
