Leaders of VCCI, VTV, and the Ministry of Finance witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement to promote Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development and communications to promote business development in the period 2025 - 2028

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Tan Cong - Chairman of VCCI emphasized: 3 months after Resolution 68 was issued, VCCI and VTV promptly organized the signing of cooperation agreements and implemented communication events. With careful preparation, close coordination, and the companionship of VCCI - a national organization representing the business community and VTV - a prestigious national media agency, it will bring good, practical, and effective results in policy communication, contributing to the implementation of Resolution 68. On behalf of the leaders of VCCI, Chairman Pham Tan Cong pledged to provide the highest support for a quality and effective cooperation program.

From that spirit, VCCI Chairman Pham Tan Cong suggested that the professional agencies of both sides coordinate closely, allocate good resources, build program content closely related to business practices, and select typical models and businesses. Thereby, spreading the spirit and confidence of business among businesses, entrepreneurs and people, contributing to unleashing economic resources for production and business.

VCCI Chairman Pham Tan Cong emphasized: The two sides work together not only in media cooperation but also towards many contents and aspects to promote the strong development of the business community.

Chairman Pham Tan Cong also suggested that propaganda activities should focus on the major policies of the resolution, contributing to raising the awareness of businesses, entrepreneurs, and people about their responsibilities and missions in implementing national goals and the goals of Resolution 68. Communication activities should aim to contribute to the development of private enterprises and SME enterprises towards building strong enterprises, exemplary entrepreneurs, encouraging entrepreneurs to shine and reach new heights, reaching international stature.

This can be seen as a filter, recognizing and acknowledging the contributions of businesses. Along with that is the communication ecosystem, related activities and events.

In addition, according to General Director Nguyen Thanh Lam, in disseminating Resolution 68, there are new, big and difficult issues that need to create high consensus in public awareness, especially in the context of many changes in the domestic and global economy affecting the production and business of enterprises. Therefore, propaganda and information activities need to be substantive. On the one hand, communication creates consensus, on the other hand, it is necessary to boldly look at the problems and controversial points to bring a responsible voice into the program, remove obstacles and promote development.

In order to cooperate effectively, General Director Nguyen Thanh Lam also hopes to receive the coordination of the Ministry of Finance and State management agencies in providing timely and official information and creating conditions for accessing appropriate resources to support effective policy communication.

Presenting the Cooperation Agreement in detail, Mr. Dau Anh Tuan said: before the signing ceremony, the two agencies had cooperated to develop a program for Forum 68 broadcast on VTV1 channel with a balanced approach, focusing on comprehensiveness. From the initial success, the two sides agreed that in the coming time, it is necessary to organize programs in Forum 68 to ensure high quality, usefulness, meet the needs of businesses, properly implement the spirit of Resolution 68, and at the same time create a brand in the business community.

Forum 68 aims to select successful models and contents that businesses are interested in. These are issues of access to resources, not criminalizing economic relations, and further exploiting the advantages of the private economy; promoting business culture, encouraging entrepreneurs to conduct business ethically, promoting business startups... In addition, a number of other activities and initiatives such as the Gala to honor entrepreneurs were also discussed for implementation.

According to Mr. Dau Anh Tuan, with the spirit of proactive cooperation, VTV's approach is consistent with VCCI, aiming at practical and effective cooperation, supporting businesses, especially SMEs, to operate effectively and have opportunities to cooperate in communication on VTV and digital platforms suitable to the reality and characteristics of the business.
