To support enterprises in improving business performance, expanding markets, and building sustainable customer relationships, on June 12, VCCI Thanh Hoa – Ninh Binh organized the training program “Effective Sales and Customer Service Skills,” attracting more than 70 participants, including entrepreneurs, managers, and sales professionals from various businesses.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Do Dinh Hieu, Director of VCCI Thanh Hoa – Ninh Binh, noted that in a rapidly changing business environment, where consumer needs and behaviors are becoming increasingly diverse, enhancing sales and customer service skills has become an essential requirement for every enterprise.

During the training program, the instructor shared practical knowledge and modern sales trends, focusing on topics such as identifying and approaching potential customers, communication and persuasion techniques, developing professional sales processes, handling customer objections, customer care before, during, and after sales, and enhancing customer experience in the digital era.
