In accordance with the "Regulation on Dialogue with Taxpayers and Customs Declarants," issued at Decision 3597/QD-TCT dated November 4, 2004, by the Minister of Finance (MoF), and the annual coordination mechanism between the Ministry of Finance and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), this event is organized to align with the implementation of Government Resolution 58/NQ, dated April 21, 2023. This resolution outlines key policies and solutions aimed at enabling businesses to proactively adapt, recover quickly, and achieve sustainable development by 2025. It also builds upon the annual resolutions 19/NQ and 02/NQ, which focus on enhancing national competitiveness.

VCCI in collaboration with MoF including the Tax Policy Department, the General Department of Vietnam Customs, and the General Department of Taxation will host the 2024 annual dialogue conference to share information and introduce new policies and procedures in taxation and customs.

The conference also aims to address challenges, foster a business-friendly environment, and enhance cooperation between enterprises and tax and customs authorities.

Enterprises are required to submit their opinions and registration forms to the Membership & Training Department of VCCI, which will consolidate the submissions and coordinate with MoF’s relevant departments of for further discussion.
