The program is organized by the VCCI Center for Entrepreneurial Culture as the standing implementing agency. It aims to put into practice the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated 4 May 2025 of the Politburo on private sector development, Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW on reforming and improving the efficiency of state-owned enterprises, and Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW dated 7 January 2026 on the development of Vietnamese culture. Through the program, VCCI seeks to promote business ethics and corporate culture, enhance corporate reputation, and foster a transparent, responsible, and sustainable business environment within the Vietnamese business community.
The program is not merely an initiative to honor outstanding enterprises but also a practical solution for promoting Vietnamese corporate values in a new era—one in which competitiveness is measured not only by capital, technology, or market share, but also by reputation, corporate culture, business ethics, legal compliance, and social responsibility.
VCCI President Ho Sy Hung delivers the opening remarks at the Announcement and Recognition Ceremony for the “Cultural and Reputable Enterprise 2025” Program.
As international integration continues to deepen, enterprises are expected not only to achieve rapid growth but also to develop sustainably and build trust with partners, customers, employees, and the broader community. Corporate culture and business ethics are increasingly becoming important internal resources that contribute to enhancing brand reputation and national competitiveness.
Through the “Cultural and Reputable Enterprise 2026” Ranking and Recognition Program, VCCI aims to support the business community in building the image of Vietnamese entrepreneurs who are resilient, ethical, innovative, and capable of balancing business performance with responsibilities toward employees, communities, the environment, and the nation.
In particular, the program continues to promote the implementation of the Six Rules of Vietnamese Business Ethics announced by VCCI in 2022, namely:
The program is open to enterprises of all economic sectors operating legally in Vietnam that have demonstrated outstanding business performance, fulfilled their obligations to the State, employees, and the community, and made positive contributions to corporate culture, business ethics, and social responsibility.
Enterprises of all sizes, sectors, and business models are eligible to participate.
Participating enterprises will be evaluated based on a comprehensive, transparent, and practical set of criteria focusing on the following core areas:
In 2026, the program is expected to select and honor up to 100 outstanding enterprises, divided into three ranking categories to recognize excellence in business culture, reputation, and social responsibility:
These ranking categories are intended not only to recognize outstanding enterprises but also to encourage businesses to continuously improve governance capacity, strengthen reputation, foster humane workplaces, practice business ethics, and pursue sustainable development amid intensifying competition and deeper integration.
According to the plan, applications will be accepted from July 2026 through 30 September 2026.
The announcement and recognition ceremony for the “Cultural and Reputable Enterprise 2026” rankings is expected to take place in October 2026 in celebration of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day. The event is expected to be attended by leaders of the Party and the State, VCCI leadership, representatives of ministries and agencies, business associations, experts, media organizations, and enterprises from across the country.
Enterprises receiving recognition through the program will be honored by VCCI and widely promoted through the program’s communication channels and related media platforms.
With a commitment to supporting enterprises in strengthening competitiveness through culture, reputation, and responsibility, VCCI cordially invites the business community nationwide to actively participate in the “Cultural and Reputable Enterprise 2026” Ranking and Recognition Program.
