“Previously, the private sector was still fragmented, and there was still a mentality of not wanting to grow. But with Resolution 68, we can expect a new economic era when confidence is restored and institutions are strongly improved,” Chairman Pham Tan Cong expressed.
At the same time, the Chairman of VCCI emphasized that in the coming time, VCCI will continue to perform its tasks in accordance with its functions, focusing on promoting the development of the Vietnamese business community and enterprises. To realize Resolution 68, VCCI has developed a specific plan, focusing on improving institutions and the business environment, creating the most favorable conditions for the private economic sector.

“We are also operating a specialized center to closely coordinate with press agencies, in order to provide complete, accurate and timely information, thereby accompanying businesses on their development journey, especially in the implementation phase of Resolution 68. The press will continue to be a companion, contributing to creating momentum, confidence and new momentum for the business community,” Mr. Pham Tan Cong shared.

In addition, Mr. Dau Anh Tuan also shared that an advantage in this period is that the tax rate for small and medium-sized enterprises is currently lower than that for business households in the form of lump-sum tax. At the same time, Resolution 198/2025/QH15 also stipulates a 3-year tax reduction for small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby creating a more suitable and complete tax framework.
