Vietnam’s business community has grown steadily in both scale and quality, making substantial contributions to economic growth, job creation, and social stability. Alongside this development, greater attention has been paid to building business culture and corporate identity. Business culture is regarded as an integral part of national culture, reflecting economic values and levels of development at each stage. The consistent policy of the Party and the State is that economic development must go hand in hand with cultural development, placing culture on an equal footing with the economy, politics, and society.
In the new stage of development, marked by deeper international integration and rising sustainability requirements, fostering business ethics and corporate culture is considered a long-term strategic mission. The goal of turning Vietnam into a developed country by 2045 requires enterprises and business leaders to uphold ethical standards and corporate culture at both regional and international levels.

Honored enterprises serve as exemplary models, playing a pioneering role and creating a strong ripple effect within Vietnam’s business community
The ranking program was launched to implement key Party resolutions on developing the entrepreneurial community in the new era, promoting ethical business practices, legal compliance, transparency, social responsibility, and environmental protection. From 264 submitted applications, 100 enterprises met the initial criteria and were further evaluated by an independent Selection Council. Based on objective assessments, 68 enterprises were selected for recognition, with the top 20 receiving certificates of merit from the VCCI President.
President Ho Sy Hung affirmed that enterprises placing culture and reputation at the core of their values have demonstrated strong differentiation, enhanced competitiveness in both domestic and international markets, strengthened social trust, and contributed to sustainable development amid global integration. He encouraged recognized enterprises not only to maintain their achievements but also to continue spreading cultural and ethical values throughout the business community and society.

Sharing from a business perspective, Ly Ngoc Minh, Chairman of Minh Long I Co., Ltd., noted that over 55 years of development, the company has consistently upheld a business culture grounded in core values of quality and transparency. These values have enabled Minh Long to build a strong brand and credibility in both domestic and international markets. He emphasized that culture and reputation must go hand in hand, as the absence of either would hinder long-term sustainable development.
