Information at the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - Tran Quoc Nam said that the merger of Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan provinces opens up a large development space with diverse tourism potential, multi-sector economy and modern infrastructure. This is an important step to promote rapid and sustainable development and elevate the position of the new province, becoming a growth pole in the Central region.

“Khanh Hoa after the merger has a strategic geographical location, with full roads, sea routes, air routes, and railways, including expressways such as Van Phong - Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao, the road connecting the North - South expressway with National Highway 1 and Ca Na general seaport... Besides, the province also has the potential to develop a marine economy (industry, clean energy industry, tourism services, logistics) with the longest coastline in Vietnam of over 500km”, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee shared.

“Over the years, VCCI has built a wide network of relationships with more than 180 international organizations, many embassies and large financial institutions, becoming an important focal point to help localities, including Khanh Hoa, access and expand international cooperation. In particular, referring to Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development, Chairman of VCCI Pham Tan Cong said that Resolution 68 has opened a new vision, considering the private sector as an important driving force of the economy. With this orientation, Khanh Hoa has the opportunity to strongly promote the potential of local entrepreneurs, promote the spirit of creative entrepreneurship, and at the same time attract new investment resources. VCCI will continue to accompany the province in concretizing the spirit of the resolution through business support programs, improving PCI and strengthening regional connectivity, so that the private economy becomes a foundation for sustainable development.

At the same time, the Chairman of VCCI expressed that Khanh Hoa is facing a great opportunity to become an international center of marine economy and tourism. Cooperation between the two sides can be a strategic step to ensure that the province's potential is exploited in the right direction, effectively and sustainably.
