The nomination process will be carried out nationwide in July and August 2025, the preliminary rounds, on-site assessment and final selection will be carried out in September 2025. The announcement and awarding ceremony is expected to be held in Hanoi, in October 2025 on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13) and Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20).

The process of evaluating the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose 2025" is carried out in 5 steps (Step 1: nomination; Step 2: receiving and preliminary selection of applications; Step 3: actual assessment; Step 4: final selection; Step 5: deciding on the list of awardees), in which step 1 is a particularly important step, ensuring the discovery of typical faces of localities and industries, thereby selecting the most typical examples nationwide to honor.

Women entrepreneurs participate in the evaluation program on a voluntary basis, but must be approved by and have a nominating unit. The evaluation council does not accept applications directly from entrepreneurs. The nominating units include: directly the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities; the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance; a number of Central Associations, Business Associations, and Women Entrepreneurs Associations; a number of press and media agencies; regional VCCI branches; the Membership Affairs Committee, and the VCCI Business Forum Magazine. Local Associations/Business Associations are indirect nominating units through coordination with the People's Committees of provinces and cities.

The nominating unit will organize the review and evaluation of the business profiles, select the most outstanding female entrepreneurs, make a list (arranged in order of evaluation from highest to lowest) and send the nomination letter and profile to the Evaluation Council before August 15, 2025.

"Outstanding Vietnamese Female Entrepreneur - Golden Rose" is a noble title organized by VCCI since 2005. This is the only national award dedicated to honoring female entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business, making positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the country. The 2025 award program has many comprehensive innovations in terms of criteria, conditions and evaluation methods compared to previous periods. In addition to the requirements on business achievements, the 2025 title evaluation will be supplemented with criteria on ethics and business culture, associated with 6 standards of the Code of Ethics for Vietnamese Businessmen announced by VCCI. The award ceremony will be solemnly held in Hanoi on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnamese Businessmen's Day on October 13 and Vietnamese Women's Day on October 20.
