Speaking at the press conference of the "Typical Enterprise for Workers" award in 2025, Mr. Hoang Quang Phong - Vice Chairmna of VCCI said: in 2025, the Award has entered its 11th year with nearly 600 typical enterprises for workers being honored.

According to VCCI Vice Chairman Hoang Quang Phong, in many different forms, caring for and improving the lives of employees is both a responsibility and an obligation, a desire of enterprises.
The program contributes to enhancing the role and position of employees in enterprises. Employee assessment activities are the requirements and motivations for enterprises to strive, develop, and create better conditions for employees to work, contribute, and advance.
According to Vice Chairman Hoang Quang Phong, business owners have never paid as much attention to employees as they do today. In the context of fierce competition, employees become invaluable assets of enterprises. Therefore, in many different forms, caring for and improving the material and spiritual lives of employees is both a responsibility and an obligation, a desire of enterprises.
This care and attention are not only aimed at building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. With the spirit of innovation, dedication, and the companionship of employees, we contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises, maintain the quality of employment, thereby improving competitiveness and enhancing core values.
With 28 outstanding enterprises being advanced models honored with the award "Typical enterprise for employees" in 2025, Vice Chairman Hoang Quang Phong assessed that they met the strict criteria on the responsibility of enterprises to employees, responsibility to the State, and responsibility to society.

The “Outstanding Enterprise for Workers” Award is jointly implemented by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, VCCI and the Ministry of Home Affairs
These enterprises comply well with labor laws, have a green, clean and beautiful working environment; have many policies to take care of employees better than the provisions of the law; actively contribute to the State budget, and contribute positively to the sustainable development of the community and locality.
In 2025, the program will prioritize selecting private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, and joint-stock enterprises with less than 50% State capital in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 57 and Resolution 68.
At the press conference, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor affirmed: the award is a worthy recognition for enterprises that put people at the center, fulfill their obligations to the State and have social responsibility. This is also a driving force to spread positive values in the Vietnamese business community. In particular, at a time when our country is streamlining the state apparatus and implementing a two-tier government model at the local level, this is a condition for local governments to be closer to the people and businesses.
Held on August 16, this year's award ceremony has a special meaning, as part of the series of activities of the Creative Labor Festival of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The program will contribute to highlighting the humanistic values of trade union organizations in promoting businesses to fulfill their obligations to workers, society and the State, contributing to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% by 2025.
