According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, the reason for the strength of enterprises, especially in the context of the epidemic, which is full of difficulties and challenges, but still stands and develops stably, is because enterprises have built their knowledge and have created traditional and sustainable cultural values, which are persistently pursued by generations of business leaders and all officers, employees and employees.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac said that successfully building corporate culture will create a spiritual foundation, motivation and strength for businesses to affirm their prestige, image, product brand, and seize opportunities. , new fortune.

At the same time, overcome and repel difficulties, accompany the Party, State and people to well implement the goal that by the middle of the 21st century, our country will become a developed country, following the socialist orientation.

Still according to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, in the context of complicated epidemic developments, many businesses have been constantly innovating and creative, there are many good and effective ways to both ensure production and business and prevent disease.

A number of large, reputable and long-standing enterprises have maintained their growth rate, making many positive contributions to disease prevention and control, ensuring social security, and improving quality of workers’ lives, actively contributing to the growth of the economy.

In order for enterprises to develop sustainably and bring positive values to the social community, the Party sets out a long-term mission and policy to "build corporate, entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial culture", creating a truly healthy, democratic, united, scientific and humane environment for the benefit of the community and comprehensive human development.

The recent epidemic has shown that corporate culture contributes to minimizing damage to each business and the whole economy. Corporate culture includes many factors, including those related to business ethics and corporate social responsibility.

This is considered a valuable asset, the foundation for business development. A business with a good culture will easily overcome difficulties and build a brand in all circumstances.

The program of commenting and awarding the title of "Typical Vietnamese Entrepreneur" in 2022 is also implemented by VCCI in order to implement Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW dated December 9, 2011 of the Politburo.
