Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of the province, acknowledged and highly appreciated the ideas and plans of VCCI in choosing the province to organize important activities.

During the working session, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Vice Chairman of VCCI, expressed his impression of the achievements of Quang Ninh Province in 2023. Quang Ninh has experienced significant growth in the northern region, becoming the national focal point for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and demonstrating the highest quality economic management at the local level in recent years.

Quang Ninh's success in reaching new heights is evident through its proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined approach across various sectors. This has led the province to increasingly robust and sustainable development.

To prepare for several upcoming VCCI activities scheduled to be held in Quang Ninh in early March, such as the 7th Executive Committee Meeting of VCCI, the Top Vietnam Business Council Meeting, and the New Year's exchange in 2024 between VCCI and ambassadors of foreign countries in Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, on behalf of the working delegation, expressed the hope that Quang Ninh would collaborate and provide favorable conditions for VCCI to implement its planned agenda.

Welcoming Vice Chairman of VCCI Nguyen Quang Vinh and the working delegation to Quang Ninh on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of the province, acknowledged and highly appreciated the idea and plan of choosing the province to organize important activities.

This collaboration not only involves coordinating and accompanying in organizing the events but also serves as an opportunity for Quang Ninh to promote its potential, strengths, and investment attraction directions when more than 100 leading national businesses and ambassadors of foreign countries in Vietnam participate in the events. This will be a bridge for both domestic and international enterprises to come to the province.

Chairman of the People's Committee emphasized that Quang Ninh is committed to supporting, creating the best conditions, and collaborating closely with VCCI in implementing and organizing these meaningful activities. The activities held in Quang Ninh are sure to achieve the highest efficiency, showcasing the province's status as having the best economic management quality in Vietnam.

Based on the mutual agreement, the Chairman of the People's Committee proposed that the Provincial Investment Promotion and Support Board coordinate with VCCI to develop scenarios and advise the Provincial People's Committee in preparing the contents agreed upon, with the perspective of successful cooperation and development.
