Clause a, Section 1.3, Article 3 of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly "On fiscal and monetary policies to support the program of socio-economic recovery and development", in which There is mention of rent support for employees who have labor relations, are renting, staying in, working in industrial parks, export processing zones, key economic areas (using about VND 6,6 trillion from revenue increase and savings from the central budget in 2021)

Point a, Clause 2, Section II, Resolution 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government “On the program of socio-economic recovery and development and the implementation of the National Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 Association on fiscal and monetary policies to support the program" by stipulating: "Support for 3 months of rent for employees who have an employment relationship, are renting, staying in, and working in industrial parks , export processing zones, key economic areas; in which the support level for employees returning to the labor market is 1 million VND/month and employees working in enterprises is 500,000 VND/month. Implementation time in the first 6 months of 2022”.

As such, employees who have an employment relationship, are renting, staying or working in industrial parks, export processing zones, and key economic areas will be entitled to this support.
