Article 43 of Decree 50/2016 / ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations in the field of planning and investment provides for penalties for violations against regulations on registration of changes to the registration content. Business households comply with the request of the business registration authority of the district as follows:

a) Changing business registration contents without notifying the business registration authority of the district;

b) Change of business location without notifying the business registration authority of the district;

c) Failure to suspend conditional business activities or trades at the request of the district business registration authority.

2. Remedy:

a) Forcible notification of changes in business household registration to the business registration authority of the district in case of the violation specified in Point a Clause 1 of this Article;

b) Forcible notification to the business registration authority of the district in case of the violation specified in Point b Clause 1 of this Article.

Failure to register to change the business address is not an act of criminal violation, so the police have no authority to accept and resolve.

You can make an application reflecting the change of business address by Company A without notifying the agency that has licensed the business for the company to be processed according to regulations.
