Ms. Mui was also guided by the Department of Home Affairs to submit a civil servant portfolio. If she was selected, she would be assigned and arranged a job, but she was not recruited.
Now, Ms. Mui knows that, according to Point b, Clause 1, Article 10 of Decree No. 138/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020 regulating the recruitment, employment and management of civil servants, candidates follow the regime of nominate-based enrolment according to the provisions of the Law on Education, after graduating, the candidate returned to work in the locality where the candidate was sent to study and was subject to civil servant recruitment. Ms. Mui asked, what is the procedure to be considered for admission?
In this regard, the Ministry of the Internal Affairs responded as follows:
Article 10 of Decree No. 138/2020/ND-CP stipulates that the recruitment of civil servants through recruitment examination is decided and implemented separately by the agency competent to recruit civil servants for each group of subjects. Those subjects are candidates under the election system as prescribed by the Law on Education, and after graduation, work in the locality where they are sent to study.
Therefore, it is suggested that Ms. Nguyen Thi Mui contact the Provincial People's Committee where she was sent to study for consideration and guidance accordingly.
