According to the provisions of Decree 93/2021/ND-CP, the following 3 acts are strictly prohibited in calling for charity.

On October 27, 2021, the government issued Decree 93/2021/ND on mobilizing, receiving, distributing and using voluntary contributions to support overcoming difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics and incidents; Supporting patients with critical illnesses

1. Obstructing or forcing organizations and individuals to participate in mobilizing, contributing, receiving, distributing and using voluntary contributions.

2. Reporting, providing untrue information;

Appropriating; distribution, misuse, improper distribution time, the object is supported by voluntary contributions.

3. Taking advantage of the work of mobilizing, receiving, distributing and using voluntary donations to profit or carry out activities infringing upon national security, social order and safety.

Decree 93/2021/ND-CP officially takes effect from December 11, 2021
