Mr. Bon asks whether he meets the requirements to enjoy the early retirement policy according to Decree No. 26/2015/NĐ-CP by the Government.

Regarding this matter, the Ministry of Internal Affairs responded as follows:

If Mr. Pham Dang Bon's age does not meet the standards and re-election conditions as prescribed by the competent authority, he will be eligible for the application of the regime and policies if he meets all the criteria and conditions specified in Decree No. 26/2015/NĐ-CP dated March 9, 2015, by the Government, which regulates the regime and policies for officials who do not meet the age requirements for re-election or reappointment to positions and titles in the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State, and political and social organizations.
