According to Decision No. 2558/QD-UBND dated August 30, 2021 of the People's Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province amending and supplementing Decision No. 1896/QD-UBND dated July 13, 2021 stipulating the subjects, norms and Support procedures for employees who do not enter into labor contracts facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic according to Point 12, Section II of Resolution 68/NQ-CP of the Government, employees who do not have labor contracts Employees who have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 epidemic belonging to the following 7 groups of freelance workers will be considered for support:
- Trading in street goods and retailing without a fixed location;
- Retailing of mobile lottery tickets;
- Garbage collection, scrap collection;
- Loading and unloading, transporting goods;
- Driving motorbike taxis, cyclos, tricycles; driving passenger cars, transporting goods for hire;
- Self-employed, working for individuals, working at establishments operating in the fields of production, business, services, tourism, transport and commerce without labor contracts;
- Employed workers at work: Fishing near the shore, weeding, spraying pesticides, harvesting crops without labor contracts.
Because Mrs. My's question did not specify what her mother's main job was, the Department did not have a basis to answer.
