In this regard, the Ministry of Health responded as follows:

On April 26, 2022, the Minister of Health signed and promulgated Circular No. 03/2022/TT-BYT amending and supplementing a number of regulations on standards for professional titles of medical professionals, at Clause 3, Article 3 stipulates the standards for training and retraining qualifications as follows:

- Graduated from University with having Nursing specialized;

- Having a certificate of training according to the standards of nursing professional title or a certificate of medical examination and treatment practice (for nursing titles).

Pursuant to the above provisions, in case the recruiter, after being recruited and completing the probationary period, if he has obtained a practicing certificate in the scope of nursing, he/she will be appointed and salary graded to the nursing title (ranked III) without the need to study for a refresher certificate according to the nursing professional title standards.
