Mr. Le Hai Bang, living in Binh Chon hamlet, Binh Chanh commune, Chau Phu district, is a militiaman in Binh Chanh commune. In the process of participating in the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in 2021, Mr. Bang was mobilized by the Military Command of Binh Chanh Commune from September 16, 2021 to November 15, 2021.

Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on the allocation of funds for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, Chau Phu district has made statistics and reviewed the necessary expenditures to promptly allocate them to the individuals affected by the epidemic and frontline forces in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.

But spending money to support the force on duty to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic in the district has not yet been implemented and the district has asked the Provincial People's Committee to consider and supplement funds to ensure spending on prevention and control against the COVID-19 epidemic according to regulations.
