The appointment of secondary school teachers shall comply with the provisions of Article 7 of the Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BGDĐT dated February 2, 2021 of the Ministry of Education and Training, stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and additional qualifications. responsibilities and salaries of teaching staff in public secondary schools, according to which:

In case Mr. Tuan has been appointed to the professional title of Grade I Secondary School Teacher (code V.07.04.10), he will be appointed to the professional title of Grade I Secondary School Teacher (code V.07.04.30) if Mr. Tuan meets the standards of the professional title class of secondary school teacher grade I (code V.07.04.30) specified in Article 5 of Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BGDĐT.

In case he is holding the professional title of secondary school teacher grade II (code V.07.04.11), he will be appointed to the professional title of secondary school teacher grade II (code V.07.04.31) if he meets the criteria. Qualifications of the professional title class of secondary school teachers grade II (code V.07.04.31) specified in Article 4 of Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BGDĐT.

In order to be appointed to the professional title of secondary school teacher grade I (code V.07.04.30), he needs to take the exam/review for promotion to the professional title of secondary school teacher and be determined to be a successful candidate.
