In the near future, the Company will transfer ownership of these vehicles (keep the license plate) for another enterprise. The company would like to ask,  how is the procedure for changing the transport badge?

Regarding this issue, he Department of Transportation of the Bac Ninh Province responded as follows:

The above vehicles have been issued with transport badges (internal vehicles) from January 9, 2018 to January 9, 2025 for the Suntory Pepsico Co., Ltd in Bac Ninh Province, which is an direct foreign invested enterprise over 49%. In order to be able to issue badges for the above vehicles to YCH-PROTRADE Co., Ltd. (due to transfer of vehicle ownership), the procedures for granting badges are as follows:

1. The Suntory Pepsico Co., Ltd’s branch in Bac Ninh Province has a written request to return the issued badges (30 vehicles) to the Bac Ninh Department of Transport (including documents for suspension and badges issued) .

2. YCH-PROTRADE Co., Ltd. submits a new Application for Internal Car Badges, including:

- Application for badges according to the form prescribed in Circular No. 63/2014 / TT-BGTVT dated November 7, 2014.

- Application for badges according to the form prescribed in Circular No. 63/2014 / TT-BGTVT dated November 7, 2014.

- Original (or notarized) vehicle registration (still valid).

- Vehicle registration.

- Commitment to using the car only for the main production and business of the Company, only transporting to serve the business itself, not to transport goods.

- Notarized copy or original "Investment certificate of the enterprise issued by a competent authority" to prove that the enterprise with foreign direct investment capital of more than 49% that has a basis for licensing according to regulations. determined.
