According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dat (Hanoi), following the issuance of Circular No. 01/2024/TT-BKHĐT, Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BKHĐT has expired, and the draft Circular guiding new document templates is pending. Mr. Dat asked how his unit should apply the designated bidding document templates.

On this matter, the Ministry of Planning and Investment provided the following information:

On April 26, 2024, the Minister of Planning and Investment issued Circular No. 07/2024/TT-BKHĐT detailing the templates for bidding document requirements, evaluation reports, appraisal reports, inspections, and reports on bidding activity implementation. The Circular takes effect from June 15, 2024.
