(code for the registration application) ”.

The Inspection Department of Legal Documents stated that the 2013 Land Law does not regulate the case of changing information on legal documents, personal identity as well as changing the identity card to change registration.

Through the Government e-portal, Mr. Khuong would like to ask  the competent authority to agree on the above issue to avoid causing difficulties and troubles to the people.

According to the provisions of Clause 14, Article 6 of Circular 33/2017 / TT-BTNMT dated September 29, 2017 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment detailing Decree No. 01/2017 / ND-CP dated January 6, 2017. 2017 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law and amending and supplementing a number of articles of circulars guiding the implementation of the Land Law amended and supplemented, Point g , Clause 1, Article 17 of Circular 23/2014 / TT-BTNMT, certifying changes in the issued Certificate in case the land user or owner of property on land is allowed to change their name; certify the change of information on legal entity, ID card number, Citizen ID card number, address on the issued Certificate according to the needs of land users, owners of property on land; confirm the change of information about the legal entity, the identity card number, the citizen's identity card number, the address on the issued Certificate at the same time with the registration of changes in land and properties on land.

The content to be certified for the above changes is specified in Clause 7, Article 18 of Circular 23/2014 / TT-BTNMT and has been replaced in Clause 18, Article 6 of Circular 33/2017. / TT-BTNMT.

Under the provisions of Article 5 of the Land Law, land users include organizations and households.
