According to Clause 15, Article 1 of the Decree No. 42/2017 / ND-CP dated April 5, 2017 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 59/2015 / ND-CP dated 18 / 6/2015 of the Government on the management of construction investment projects, individuals are considered for granting construction supervision practice certificates when having experience in construction supervision.

The content of construction supervision includes the jobs specified in Clause 1, Article 26 of the Decree No. 46/2015 / ND-CP on quality management and maintenance of construction works.

According to Clause 9, Article 1 of the Government's Decree No. 100/2018 / ND-CP dated July 16, 2018 amending, supplementing and abolishing a number of provisions on conditions for business investment in State management fields of the Ministry of Construction takes effect from September 15, 2018, individuals with experience in construction are considered for a construction supervision practice certificate.
