Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Health responded as follows:

According to the provisions of Clause 8, Article 27 of Decree No. 96/2023/ND-CP dated December 30, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment: "A practitioner at a medical examination and treatment facility with many medical examination and treatment locations is registered as a practitioner at all locations of that medical examination and treatment facility".

Thus, in the case of a hospital with 2 facilities, the practitioner is registered to practice at 2 facilities of the hospital.
