The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Thua Thien Hue province responded to this issue as follows:
Recently, the Government has issued Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021, Resolution No. 126/NQ-CP dated October 8, 2021 amending and supplementing Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP; The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated 7/7/2021; Decision No. 33/2021/QD-TTg dated November 6, 2021 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg, according to which support conditions for business households are regulated in Clause 19, Article 1 of Decision No. 33/2021/QD-TTg as follows:
"19. To amend and supplement Article 35 as follows:
Article 35. Objects and conditions of support for business households that have business registration and are in the tax authority's directory
Business households are supported when fully meeting the following conditions:
1. Having business registration and listed in the tax office's directory.
2. The operation must be stopped for 15 consecutive days or more at the request of a competent state agency to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic or because there is a business location in the locality that implements prevention and control measures. translated according to the principles of Directive No. 16/CT-TTg or must apply measures to inactivate/stop operating under Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP from May 1, 2021 to the end of May 31/ 12/2021".
Compared with the above regulations, if his business household is eligible for support, he/she shall make a dossier using Form No. 11 in the Appendix issued together with Decision No. 33/2021/QD-TTg dated November 6, 2021 of the Prime Minister.
Accordingly, the deadline for receiving dossiers is January 31, 2022 according to the provisions of Clause 20, Article 1 of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 33/2021/QD-TTg, submitted at the People's Committee of the ward where the business is located to have support policies as prescribed.
