Huynh Van Su sent a dossier to the Commune People's Committee but did not have enough documents, so he was not eligible to request approval for support expenditures according to regulations. The commune contacted Mr. Su to provide additional records.

The Commune People's Committee has received enough documents and made a dossier to request the District People's Committee to approve. When it is approved, the Commune People's Committee will notify Mr. Su.
