According to the information Ms. Sam provided and after contacting her, the City Social Security. Hanoi has proposed to Thanh Xuan District Social Security to check and verify with the case number: 197896/2021/00109 in receiving support with the amount of VND 2,100,000 according to Resolution No. 116/NQ-CP of the Government.

Based on the data received by the Social Insurance Administration of Thanh Xuan District, Ms. Sam's profile was incorrect, so the bank could not transfer the support money to her.

Accordingly, Thanh Xuan District Social Insurance sent a message at the phone number she registered to notify her of the wrong account information.

In addition, according to Official Letter No. 4288/BHXH-CSXH dated December 24, 2021 on the receipt of requests for benefits and funding to support employees affected by the COVID-19 pandemic under Decision No. 28/ 2021/QD-TTg: "... From December 23, 2021, with the expected funding situation as above, Vietnam Social Insurance has temporarily stopped processing and paying support to employees...".
