The medical examination board concluded that his father had type 2 diabetes, with 31% body damage, 73% total body damage. Mr. Luan asked, is his father entitled to the regime of resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals?
In this regard, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs replied as follows:
According to the provisions at point c, Clause 1, Article 30 of the Ordinance on Incentives for People with Meritorious Service to the Revolution No. 02/2020/UBTVQH14 dated December 9, 2020 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, "Sick soldiers suffer from additional diseases specified at Point a, Clause 1, Article 29 of this Ordinance, due to poisoning with toxic chemicals, shall be entitled to a general examination and assessment to receive a monthly allowance corresponding to the body injury rate".
In case his father is enjoying the sick soldier regime, if he is eligible for certification that a resistance activist has been infected with toxic chemicals, he/she will be entitled to a general examination and assessment to receive a monthly sick soldier allowance corresponding to the body injury rate.
