Ms. Trang asked, can a company with foreign investment be listed on the Vietnamese stock exchange? If so, are the procedures different from those of a company without foreign investment?

On this issue, the Ministry of Finance has the following opinion:

To be able to list on the stock exchange, we recommend that your company study the provisions of Article 48 of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 on listing and registration of securities trading.

The conditions for listing shares are specified in Article 109 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.

The dossier and procedures for registering to list shares are specified in Articles 110 and 111 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
