For projects under the scope of and subjects covered by Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BXD dated August 31, 2021, which guides on certain aspects of cost determination and management in construction investment, the common costs identified in labor costs within direct construction and installation costs for power transmission lines and substations are specified in Table 3.2 and adjusted as per Section II.1.2.3 of Appendix III of Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BXD.
