However, Ms. Men and some other teachers (newly recruited or have been transferred from other schools after January 1, 2007), after benefit the attraction allowance regime for 5 years according to Decree No. 61/ 2006/ND-CP has not been entitled to a long-term attraction according to Decree No. 19/2013/ND-CP.
Ms. Men asked, do the teachers and she can benefit the long-term attraction according to Decree No. 19/2013/ND-CP?
The Ministry of Education and Training answered this issue as follows:
Teachers working in areas with extremely difficult socio -economic conditions are entitled to policies as prescribed in Decree No. 76/2019/ND -CP dated October 8, 2019 of the Government (also in the petition. This decision abolished Article 7, Article 8, Article 10, Article 11, Article 12, Article 13 and Article 14 of the Government's Decree No. 61/2006/ND-CP of June 20, 2006 and Decree No. 19/ 2013/ND-CP dated February 23, 2013 of the Government).
Accordingly, teachers are entitled to an attractive allowance equal to 70% of the current salary (according to the payroll by the competent authorities of the Party and the State) plus the leadership and seniority allowance (if any) applies to actual working time in areas with extremely difficult socio -economic conditions not exceeding 5 years (60 months).
