In this regard, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs replied as follows:

Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 12, 2020 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the list of heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs and particularly heavy laborious, toxic, and dangerous occupations and jobs.

Toxic and dangerous regimes for cadres, civil servants and public employees are specified in the Circular No. 07/2005/TT-BNV dated January 5, 2005 of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The regime of vocational incentive allowances for civil servants and public employees working at public health facilities is specified in Decree No. 56/2011/ND-CP dated July 4, 2011 of the Government.
