Article 19 of Decree No. 44/2016 has guided some provisions of the Law on occupational safety and health:

1. 1. Group 1, Group 4: ≥ 16 hours, including the time of inspection.
2. 2. Group 2: ≥ 48 hours, including the time of theoretical training, practice and testing.
3. Group 3: ≥ 24 hours, including the time of inspection.
4. 4. Group 5: ≥ 56 hours, including the time of inspection. In particular, the duration of training for the certificate of professional health certificaion ≥40 hours, the content of training for the issuance of an certificate of occupational safety and health c≥16 hours.
5. Group 6: ≥ 4 hours without content of occupational safety and health training.

Thus, the training time for groups 1 and 2 is unchanged in comparison to Circular 27 and has been stipulated more time for group 3, 5 and group 6 training. However, the training time is still too long, it cause difficulties in arrangement work  for the trainees.
