On November 12, 2015, the People's Committee of My Tho City issued Decision No.9954 / QD-UBND approving the compensation and support fund with the amount of VND 6,101,443,725. Specifically: the land of the company was completely recovered, penetrated into the interior, while the two adjacent companies were only recovered a small part, still have got premises for their business. Land compensation for the company’s business according to the land price of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province was very low, not enough to buy another part of land corresponding to the relocation of production and business. The land was transferred to Tay Bac Real Estate Business Company for sale at the highest market price several times; The People's Committee of My Tho City has not considered supporting the relocation of businesses for living and doing business while losses from land acquisition are huge.

 - The company has repeatedly sent complaints to the People's Committee of My Tho City to accept the compensation for partial compensation of land use rights of households across the direction from the river as two adjacent companies, which are Tien Giang Petroleum Company and Tien Giang Livestock Company to ensure fairness and the company continue to have conditions for production, business and life of workers who are working in the company.
