- Reasons for recommendations: Do not stipulate clearly technical regulation time for calculation of "time of contact to the noise". For example, technical regulation time is by day, by week or month and minimum time of contact is too strict.
- Recommendations:
To keep the same minimum time of contact as stipulated in the Decision 3733/2002 / QD-BYT to apply uniformly to the business.
+ To consider calculation of the minimum time of contact based on other important factors such as noise type, noise equipment and other environmental factors such as working intensity, working space.
