Recommendation on proposing the Government for reconsideration of the equality of competition among foreign investment enterprises in Vietnam and domestic investment enterprises. Foreign capital enterprises have enjoyed a lot of incentives. Therefore, in order to support domestic enterprises to develop, there should be a mechanism and policies on land rental exemption for enterprises to create jobs for a certain number of employees and to pay certain tax amounts prescribed by the State, to rejoin taxes  according to turnover and  income to manage the business, it will be effective and encourages domestic enterprises to pay full taxes.
