The nature of national or provincial concentrated bidding as before has the following objectives: to save social insurance premiums, to avoid overspending, to use the wrong objectives of social insurance source but still meet the criterion of quality drugs, priority medicine in the medical examination and treatment. Therefore, the national concentrated  bidding should be piloted (possibly by Ministry of Health, Social Security as the investor) to ensure the following: to reduce labor costs for this issue, to save rationality social insurance source, to reduce staff, be security safety of medicines, quick bidding time (currently it is not fast), to agree with local bidding, to have reasonable prices, the supply situation of bidders is more favorable than before.
