Article 35, Law on Occupational Safety and Health: The Occupational Accident Investigation has stipulated that in the case of traffic accidents, occupational accidents are defined as occupational accidents (ie accidents occurring when workers are going to/coming back from the workplace. The time limit is too short for the employer to investigate an accident and report it because: the accident can occur at a very wide range and it takes time for the business to access to the site, this makes difficulties to ensure that the site remains intact for investigation and the business itself does not have sufficient expertise in this area.
+ Clause 5 of this Article makes clear: For accidents occurring when workers are going to/coming back from the workplace, competent state agencies shall be responsible for providing investigation teams according to the request of the employee or relatives of the employee
