Comment on the amendment of and supplement to Decision No. 35/2015 / QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015 on amendment and supplement to Decision No. 02/2012 / QD-TTG dated 13 January 2012 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of essential goods and services that must registration of contracts according to the forms and general trading conditions.

- The Banking Association agrees with Article 1 of the draft decree on the elimination of banking services, including the issuance of domestic debit cards, the opening and use of payment account services (applicable to Personal loans, personal loans (for the purpose of consumption) "from the list of essential goods and services must be registered according to forms and general trading conditions.

 - In order to protect legitimate and legitimate interests of consumers, the Ministry of Industry and Trade may formulate mechanisms for coordination with ministries and ministerial-level agencies in performing the function of State management over the protection of consumers' interests.
