On July 1, 2015, theSportsand Gymnastics Company (Gym) and the Delicious Solution Joint Stock Company (now renamed as theDelicious Deli Solution Joint Stock Company) signed a business cooperation contract No. 22/2015. / HD-HTKD to joint venture business cooperation in the area at 4B Hang Chao - under the cooperative ownership of the Sports and Gymnastics Company. Here, power sources are available and supplied with electricity for use in accordance with the Power Purchase Contract No. 18190419 between the Dong Da Electric Company and the Sports and GymnasticsCompany signed on November 14, 2017.

However, in the process of production and business activities, the Sportsand Gymnastics Company found that the Dong Da Power Company signed a power purchase contract with Delicious Company to supply three-phase electricity to the Delicious Company for production and business at location No. 4B Hang Chieu without notice and without the consent of the legal owner of the sports company. At this location, electricity was provided under the contract No. 17180419 signed with the sports company.

After discovering the incident, the Sport andGymnastics Companywent to work directly as well as sending a recommendation about the Dong Da Power Company signing a contract with Delicious Company which was against the law, suggesting the Dong Da Electric Company that must cancel the electricity trading contract with Delicious Company, but Mr. Ma Hoai Nam and Mr. Phan Huy Hoang –the representative of Dong Da Power Company still deliberately continued to supply electricity illegally to the Delicious Company, deliberately misunderstood the provisions of law and the nature of the incident.

Although the Sports and Exercise Company had sent many written requests to Hanoi Electricity Corporation to clarify that signing a power purchase contract with the Delicious Company was in accordance with any provisions of law, but so far, the Sport andGymnastics Company still did not receive any satisfactory responses from the Hanoi Electricity Corporation.

On November 21, 2018, the Minister-Chairman of the Government’s Office signed a Document No. 11329 / VPCP-ĐMDN on the recommendations of the Sport and ExerciseJoint Stock Company that sent to the Vietnam Electricity to consider, sign and respond to the the Sport and ExerciseJoint Stock Company before December 10, 2018

On January 23, 2019, the Minister-Chairman of the Government’s Office continued to sign the document No. 656 / VPCP-ĐMDN on the recommendations of the Sport and GymnasticsCompany to send to the Vietnam Electricity for consideration. , signing and responding to the Sport and Gymnastics before January 30, 2019

Although the Minister-Chairman of the Government’s Office had twice instructed the Vietnam Electricity as well as the fact that the Sports and Gymnastics Company had repeatedly issued a written request to deal with this incident, but up to now our company did not understand for any reason that the Vietnam Electricity did not have any satisfactory response documents for our company.

Therefore, in this document, once again, the Sports and Gymnastics Company would like to request Vietnam Electricity to strictly complies with the provisions of law as well as the above-mentioned contents.
