From the beginning of 2016, Phuong Thao Private Company proposed to relocate its petroleum trading shop to the new location. However, due to the new location has not been yet in the petrol retail network, the provincial People's Committee has not yet resolved. Up to now, the above location has been added to the petrol and oil retail network in the province according to the Decision No. 3426 / QD-UBND dated December 5, 2017 by the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Province. On the basis of the proposal of the Phuong Thao business, the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial assigned the Department of Construction to collect opinions of relevant branches and agencies.
