Huong Sen Viet Dong Thap Import Export Co., Ltd would like to report to the Department of Food Safety Department - Ministry of Health (Department of Animal Hygiene) for the safety protection food of the lotus leaf Tea and would like to have attentions and suppors of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry as follows:

After the Department of Food Safety issued certificates of eligibility for food safety, the company continued to carry out procedures to apply for a number of products of the lotus leaf tea, especifically as follows:

- On January 16, 2018, the company sent a dossier to the online service system of the Department of Food Safety

- On January 16, 2018, the Company transferred the payment of the fee for the dossier evaluation.

- On January 17, 2018, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development received the dossier. The dossier code: 17.12.04.287471

- On March 6, 2018, the company received an official letter No. 8851 / ATTP-SPe of the Department of Food Safety requesting to submit hard copy of the lotus leaf Tea. The company added hard copies and sent by post by day to the address 135, Nui Truc, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

- On March 8, 2018, the hard copies were sent to Department of Food Safety, but there were not any recipients. The post office transferred the hard copies of the company back to the company on March 11, 1818.

- On March 13, 2018, the company continued to send the second time by mail and the  Department of Food Safety - Ministry of Health received. In parallel with sending the papers by mail, the Company called to the support section of DHS and asked to send the mail with the file code to hotrokhachhang@vfa.gov.vn on March 19,  2018 and March 21, 2018. So far, the company has not received the mail response and has not been updated the status of SDBS records in the system online.

In order to the company has the XNCB number soon for the lotus leaf Tea product, which facilitates the company to quickly bring the product into the market, to well perform the contract between the company and the input material supply units and the distribution enterprises.. The Huong Sen Viet Dong Thap Co., Ltd would like the Department of Foods Safety to issue the XNCB number for the lotus leaf Tea product.
