To recommend the Government, the Ministry of Transport to continue the solution to tighten the management of transport business, control of vehicle load. Over the past time, the Government, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, the leaders of provinces and cities have drastically directed, handling means carrying overload to create confidence for  transport business enterprises.  Therefore, to create conditions for the transport market to be stable, there is no unhealthy competition between the executive enterprises and enterprises that do not comply with the road traffic law. However, at present, overloaded cargoes on some routes, especially in inland water wharves, carry barges loaded onto vehicles in excess of 100-150% load..This causes businesses carrying the right load has a risk of losing goods due to unable competing with the price of overload transportation. Therefore, it is proposed that the Government and the Ministry of Transport should maintain the weighing stations at some roads with high traffic density or at toll booths  in order to control the load as well as strictly control the overloaded trucks and prevent the violation act of overloading as present.
