“We are a small business, recently becoming members of VCCI. Now, we would like to stay informed about VCCI's activities. Where can we update information? If our business has proposals or suggestions for VCCI, how do we get in touch?” After associations and businesses have joined the “Common House” of VCCI, the Membership and Training Board will send a survey to associations and businesses regarding training needs and support. VCCI can design specific programs to assist individual businesses. For example, the Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Certificate of Origin Center, Enterprise Development Institute, WTO Center, and others.

In addition, VCCI has other specialized units. Associations and businesses can exchange information via email with VCCI to stay updated. In the future, we hope to meet with more businesses to gather information and design support programs that are most beneficial for our member businesses. More importantly, we want businesses to feel the difference of being a VCCI member. This is the approach for VCCI to attract more members to participate in VCCI - emphasized by Secretary-General of VCCI, Tran Thi Lan Anh.

In accordance with the plan, the Membership and Training Board of VCCI continues to organize the Announcement Ceremony of the Decision by the President of VCCI and the Awarding of the Official VCCI Membership Certificate for the second term of 2023 for Associations, Unions, and businesses in the Northern region and neighboring provinces. The event will take place from 8:45 AM to 10:30 AM on December 20, 2023, at Meeting Room 1, 7th Floor, No. 9 Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
